Semai (also means to sow) is the name of the indigenous people whom we work with closely to harvest this cacao through a CSR program that impacts more than 150 families; resulting in an exceptional chocolate. Located at the peak of the Malaysian main range in Pahang at an altitude of around 450m or 1500ft where cacao is growing in a mixed crop agro-forestry setting.
Latest harvest exhibits mellow bitterness and astringency for a 100%.
Beans exhibit a luscious balance of cashews, minerality and red tea.

We operate a strictly vegetarian kitchen and the chocolates in our menu contain no alcohol. Our kitchen facility has presence of nuts and dairy although not used in every recipe.
