Shipping policy

You can choose to receive your order via pickup or delivery.

Orders placed before noon between Mondays to Fridays, not inclusive of public holidays, are eligible for same day delivery within the Klang Valley. If this is desired, kindly indicate it in the notes section in the cart page before checking out.

Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and order amount upon check out.

Pickup at our Bangsar location requires up to 2 working days before the day of pickup on certain products.

e-Gift vouchers are not valid for in-store purchases and can only be redeemed via our online store.
