This creation showcases the unique terroir that is typical of Ipoh, renowned for its landscape of verdant hills, year-round drizzles, and limestone formations. We work directly with the farmers here, with the aim of retaining and expressing the character of the cacao from this region.
Both the shell and center are crafted from the same origin dark chocolate. This bon bon delivers a symphony of bright, tropical fruit notes complemented by a woody finish.

We have published our work with this origin that includes a collaboration with the Malaysia Social Innovation program, where we developed an innovative cocoa fermentation method that reduces the duration while enhancing phenolic content and antioxidants. This yields healthier, flavorful chocolates with rich, clean notes that have impressed our tasting panels.

We operate a strictly vegetarian kitchen and the chocolates in our menu contain no alcohol. Our kitchen facility has presence of nuts and dairy although not used in every recipe.
