Each bon bon is infused with a medley of carefully selected ingredients, including pineapple, mint, chili, galangal, torch ginger, lemongrass, and lime. We left out only the fish paste, making this vegetarian friendly yet still showcasing the ingenuity of local flavors reimagined through chocolate.
