Merdeka 69% Chocolate Flakes

Launched on Merdeka day, this limited edition blend is our way of embracing diversity, welcoming one another and forging meaningful friendships. This blend brings together cacao from Dusun Merdeka, our own farm in Raub, and a friend’s farm in Cambodia. Each origin contributes its own character. A celebration of how our differences enrich what we create together.

We chose to present this blend at 69% cocoa content to represent Malaysia's years since independence.

Our Raub farm is a biodiverse orchard with a number of indigenous species growing next to cacao. Petai, kulim,  jambu arang, jerantut, perupok, keranji, gapis, nam nam, and a hundred more species have a place here, not grown for commercial value but to serve an ecological service and to create biodiversity.
