Cocoa Husk

Cocoa Husk

Naturally Aromatic • Sustainable • Versatile

Cocoa Husk is the outer shell of the cocoa bean, carefully separated during the chocolate-making process. Rich in the natural aroma of chocolate, cocoa husks offer a delightful cocoa fragrance while providing a sustainable way to enjoy every part of the cocoa bean.

Uses

Tea & Infusions

Steep cocoa husks in hot water to create a naturally caffeine-light cocoa tea with a comforting chocolate aroma and subtle roasted notes. Enjoy it on its own or add honey, cinnamon, or milk for a richer experience.

Baking & Culinary Applications

Use cocoa husks to infuse creams, syrups, custards, ice cream bases, and beverages with a delicate chocolate flavour. They can also be incorporated into spice blends and specialty recipes.

Garnishing & Decoration

Add texture and visual appeal to desserts, cakes, pastries, chocolate creations, and gift hampers.

Craft & Home Uses

The naturally fragrant husks can be used in potpourri, sachets, and other creative projects to bring a pleasant cocoa scent into your space.
